Are Chinese healthcare and treatments covered by insurance?Starting in November 2023, we've become members of RBCZ and TCMNED, which means our services are now eligible for insurance claims. In other words, you can enjoy treatments such as acupuncture and massage with the potential for insurance coverage. We recommend you to review your policy and reach out to your insurance provider for more information. Please note that initiating an insurance claim is your responsibility, and we cannot be held liable for any claims that are not successfully processed or reimbursed by your insurance company. Review Your Insurance Policy: Coverage varies by insurance plan. Before your visit, it is vital to check your insurance policy to understand your coverage and eligibility for reimbursement. Payment at Appointment: Please note that we do not work directly with any health insurance companies. Therefore, payment is required at the time of your arrival or when you make a reservation online.
